MundaSync gives field teams a phone app that keeps working offline, and gives the people who manage them a web portal with the whole picture. Clock-ins, visits, photos and assignments are kept on the phone and sync on their own when it reconnects.

What it does

For teams who work far from reliable signal, and the supervisors and managers who need to know what happened in the field.

  • Works offline

    Field staff keep working without signal. Their clock-ins, visits and photos wait safely on the phone and sync when it reconnects.

  • Real-time sync

    Conflict-free sync engine ensures data reaches your dashboard as soon as connectivity is available. No duplicates, no gaps.

  • Attendance and leave

    Clock in and out with the phone's location. Leave is requested on the phone and approved in the portal.

  • Visits with photos

    Field activities are logged with notes and photos, then reviewed and verified by a supervisor.

    Supervisors give out tasks with due dates. Staff see them on their phones and mark them done; overdue work stands out.

How it works

  1. Collect

    Field staff clock in, log visits with photos and update their assignments on the phone, with or without signal.

  2. Sync

    When the phone finds signal again, everything it kept goes to the portal on its own. Nothing to upload by hand.

  3. Act

    Supervisors review visits and approve leave; managers follow attendance, the live map and reports.
